Welcome to TaxBriteGuide (the “Site”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our educational portal on tax rules and best practices. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms.

3. Services

We offer live and recorded seminars, personalized consultations, and other in-person or online sessions (collectively, “Services”).

4. Digital Products

Digital Products include downloadable guides, e-books, templates, and other non-physical materials (collectively, “Digital Products”).

5. Physical Goods

Physical Goods include printed manuals, workbooks, and other tangible items (collectively, “Goods”).

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 Services

You may request a transfer to a different session at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Refunds for Services are provided as credits toward future sessions or, at your choice, refunded to your original method of payment within 15 business days of approval. Sessions canceled less than 48 hours before their start are non-refundable due to the specialist time commitment.

6.2 Digital Products

Digital Products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of download, provided no substantial access or use has occurred. Approved refunds are credited back to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

6.3 Physical Goods

Goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition. To arrange a return, please contact form. Once we receive and inspect the Goods, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days or offer an exchange. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

7. Use of Site

You agree to use the Site for lawful educational purposes and not to disrupt or interfere with its security or functionality.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is owned by TaxBriteGuide and is protected by copyright and other laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaxBriteGuide is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time by posting revised terms on the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
